Fast 45 softball is a high-energy, time-limited competition designed to bring speed, strategy, and excitement to the diamond. Unlike traditional games, Fastball 45 condenses the action into a thrilling 45-minute, 4 innings format where teams race against the clock to score big and make every play count. With shorter innings, rapid pitching, and continuous rotation, this format keeps players engaged and spectators on the edge of their seats.
